Academy Evaluation Interest Form

Parents,If you are interested in attending academy evaluations, please fill out the following form for planning purposes by Wednesday, June 05.

This form is not a registration or an obligation to sign up or play.

Registration will be online and available at www.play4ccsl.org on June 07.

Evaluations will be Thursday evening, 06/06 from 6:30 - 8:00 @ Andrews Middle School field. Makeup date will be Monday, 06/10 @ AMS field, same time.

Players and parents must attend evaluations in order to register or make arrangements with the director: [email protected] or 828-361-9662.

NCYSA Youth Academy player eligibility for this season will be birth years 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, & 2008. If you have players born 2007 and prior and are interested in competitive soccer, please contact the director for other options. Players born 2013 and later are encouraged to register for CCSL recreation for the fall.
